For the manufacture of wooden displays and stands, we offer a range of different woods and marking solutions, each with its own aesthetic and functional characteristics. Here is a selection of the materials we most commonly use:
- Solid wood, prized for its authenticity and warmth, stands out for its strength and density, having undergone no processing whatsoever. Although its cost is higher than that of other wood varieties, its use in POP advertising offers a significant advertising advantage by adding an ecological dimension to your presentation.
- MDF, or medium-density fiberboard, is a material composed of agglomerated wood fibers. It is commonly chosen for POP structures due to its strong physical properties and affordable cost.
- Plywood: obtained by gluing several layers of veneer together, plywood is also used in POP displays for its ease of transformation.
- Triply is a material made from several layers of wood (or plies) glued together, with the grains of each layer oriented perpendicular to one another. This construction method gives plywood great strength and stability, making it less likely to warp or split than solid wood.
Our workshop offers four marking techniques:
- Four-color printing, with management of white printing and selective varnishes. This technique ensures accurate reproduction of all types of visuals, from simple logos to high-definition photographs. The result is vivid, rich colors, adding significant value to the product.
- Screen printing, up to two colors. Silk-screen printing is ideal for high-volume production, offering vivid, resistant colors, even on dark surfaces.
- Laser engraving, a natural marking solution perfectly suited to small and medium production runs. This technique delivers precision and finesse in detail, making it possible to faithfully reproduce complex designs with exceptional sharpness.
- Hot stamping, using a heated brass plate that stamps the wood to a greater or lesser degree, depending on the set temperature. This natural marking technique is suitable for medium to large production runs.
